Integ’s IP Telephony-as-a-Service is an innovative solution that is a step change from most communication solutions available today.

As an on-demand service the hardware and software is owned by Integ and hosted in a secure data centre.  You pay a fixed monthly amount per employee for the service, with IP handsets located in your offices.  Media gateways can also be located on your sites for added resilience.

iTaaS gives you the ultimate in flexibility, so you can choose how you manage your solution, depending on the internal skills and resources you have available.  iTaaS can be fully managed and administered by Integ, partially or fully managed by your team through an online portal.

Monthly fees are based on the number of your users, features and applications chosen.  The per-user fee incorporates all the hardware, software, management and administration of the system.  As well as IP telephony, iTaaS has a range of options including handset type, softphone, unified communications, messaging, wireless telephony and contact centre. Software evolution is built into iTaaS so that you always have access to the latest iTaaS features, as they continue to evolve over the life of your contract.  And it’s scalable so that extra users, features, functionality and even locations can be easily added.

iTaaS uses the communications software suite from Alcatel-Lucent, which has been independently evaluated as the most secure IP telephony platform by US-based network consultancy and specialist lab testing organisation, Miercom. Choice of Features and Functionality With iTaaS you can choose from four different User Packs, several Application Packs and a range of handsets.
	First select the appropriate User Pack, depending on the work characteristics and profile of each user
	Add extra features and functionality if required, by selecting one or more Application Packs
	Lastly choose the handset type appropriate for each user
